New and Replacement installations - Central heating and air conditioning

We can replace your existing central heating and cooling system. If you would like central air conditioning or a heat pump added to your house, we will run a computer load study to determine the exact requirements of your home. Remember, if your unit is undersized, you will not be happy for obvious reasons, but if your unit is oversized, you will still have continuous problems with humidity control, and the reduction of indoor humidity was the reason you wanted central air conditioning in the first place, wasn't it! We don't cut corners on installations, we use only code-approved methods, and we actually read the manufacturer's installation instructions to obtain the longest equipment life and efficiency possible. Why do we bother? We don't think of it as a bother but the satisfaction of doing a job well done. We also know that it costs more to run a central system than it is to buy it. We won't offer anything to our customers less than our best work.

Service, Inspection and Repair of central heating and cooling

Our standard service call rate is $99.00 per unit per visit. This is an honest rate with no hidden charges. We will diagnose your system then fully apply the service charge to any repairs. For example: a minor part replacement will be the price of the part, the diagnostic service call, and the appropriate sales tax for your area. Not so minor repairs are quoted at a flat rate so that you will know what the total bill will be before we start, and the diagnostic service call will be applied to the repair when you approve the work. If you check our competition you will find that their diagnosis fee is in addition to their repair fee, or they have a $39.95 special, but somehow your total bill comes out to $650.00 or more even for a minor repair with their extended warranties and "free" services. You decide who you wish to do business with.

24/7 Emergency Service

We offer true emergency service. It is cheap? Nope! You can save money by putting on an extra blanket, or opening the windows to cool off the house. If that doesn't appeal to you, call us, the direct line to our on-call serviceman is (520) 623-1855, we'll be there! If you care to call our competition, try it. After you leave a message on their answering machine or service, see how long it takes them to call you back, and if they do, see what excuse that they have for not showing up. Conversion of standard central heating and cooling to Hybrid Heat

Whether you are replacing your existing central system or just adding air conditioning, ask us about Hybrid Heat. These systems allow you to be ahead of the electric and gas utilities with their incessant rate increases. You can do this by choosing whether to heat your home mainly with gas or electricity depending on their current rates. The cost? Normally just a few hundred dollars more than a standard system, but what future flexibility and savings!
